SMS Info – it is a service that gives you an opportunity by using your mobile phone to send requests and receive text messages about balances in your payment card account and last authorised transactions, and to receive information on newly authorized payment card transactions.
Advantages of SMS Info:

Using SMS Info, you can always and everywhere receive information about balances in your payment card account. |

If several payment cards are attached to your card account, then via SMS Info, you can easily control all transactions that are made with both your card and other payment cards, which are not at your disposal. |

If your payment card is used by someone for fraudulent purposes, you will learn it by receiving a message immediately after the bank has authorised such a transaction with your card. |
To use SMS Info service, you need:
 |
to have a MasterCard, Maestro or Cirrus payment card, issued by TKB, |

a mobile telephone with a message sending and receiving option, |
 |
to use a mobile network operator registered in Latvia (Latvijas Mobilais Telefons, Tele 2, Bite Latvija, Telekom Baltija) or a foreign mobile network operator that has a cooperation agreement with Latvijas Mobilais Telefons(http://www.lmt.lv/eng/abonentiem/tarifi/sms_tarifi/sms_uz_arvalstim). |
You can choose what type of information and in which language to receive:

confirmation of a payment card transaction authorization (with an option to indicate a transaction limit), |

information about available balance in the payment card account, |
 |
five last authorised transactions. |
How does SMS Info work?
|

Messages on confirmations of payment card transaction authorisation you will receive automatically based on the previously indicated transaction limit. For instance, if you indicate in advance a transaction limit of LVL 10, you will receive a message as soon as the bank authorises a transaction with your card – a purchase or cash withdrawal, etc. which equals or exceeds LVL 10. |

To receive a message about available balance in the payment card account and a list of 5 last authorized transactions, you have to send a request message to phone number (371)20220016. In order to facilitate sending of request messages, you can assign to your payment card a designation which cannot exceed 10 characters (e.g., GOLD), but you can also use the last four digits of the card number.

To receive information about the available balance in the payment card account, you have to send a message: |
„BAL” and „chosen designation for your card” or „last four digits of the card number”. Example: „BAL GOLD” or „BAL 1234”. |

To receive a list of 5 last authorised transactions,
you have to send a message: |
„TRX” and „chosen designation of the card” or „last four digits of the card number”. Example: „TRX ZELTA” or „TRX 1234”. | |

Reply messages will arrive from phone (371) 20223178. |

In the event that you have sent an erroneous message, you will receive a reply: „Erroneous text message.” If the request is not allowed, or a payment card is not registered for the service SMS Info, you will receive a message: „Request is not allowed”. |

A commission fee for messages sent by the bank will be debited from your card account according to the Pricelist of the bank. |
What should you do if your mobile phone is lost or stolen?
 |
You should immediately contact the bank by phone (371) 67027777 or send a notice to the e-mail address: info@tkb.lv, or cancel the service in the Trast.Net payment cards section „SMS Info”, to terminate the service SMS Info for payment cards attached to the specific mobile phone. |
Changing of service registration conditions
 |
You may change SMS Info service conditions and the telephone number linked to the payment card by arriving at the bank in person or changing your registration data in Trast.Net system. The new conditions will become effective not later than on the next working day of the bank. |

You can register SMS Info service for more than one payment cards issued by TKB, however, no more than 10 payment cards can be attached to one phone number and only one phone number can be attached to one payment card. |
How to apply for the service SMS Info?

If you are already our customer and a Trast.Net user, you can easily and quickly apply for the service in the internet visiting the Payment Cards section "SMS Info", where you will find a detailed description of the registration process and will be able to read through the Agreement on Use of SMS Info Service. Messaging will start not later than on the next working day of the bank after the registration. |

You can apply for the service arriving at the bank in person and completing Agreement on Use of SMS Info Service. The bank will activate your payment card for use of the service SMS Info and not later than on the next working day of the bank you will be able to receive messages. | |
