Time is money and your Term Deposit will help you to make sure this phrase is true! By investing your free finances you can receive a guaranteed income with no effort.

Term Deposit is an investment for a fixed period of time and you will receive a fixed income from the interest of your deposit.

Choose the appropriate period of time for your deposit – from 1 month up to 5 years. Choose your currency – Euros, Dollars or Lats. All other currencies are converted to one of these currencies according to the current bank exchange rate. You will know how big your profit is at once because the deposit rates are fixed. It is up to you to decide how often you want to receive interest – once a month or at the end of your deposit term.

By the way, making a deposit is absolutely free – opening and managing an account is free of charge. So by the end of term you will get your money back with pure profit and no costs.

How to open deposit?

Opening a deposit account is simple and fast.

	If you are already our Client, all you have to do is fill in a Term Deposit Agreement. You can send us the application through the Trast.Net system or arrange your deal with the help of the Telephone-bank (if you are using a Code card for generating your electronic signature on the documents)
	If you are still planning to become our client, we are waiting for you! To make a deposit we will open Current Account and Deposit Account for you. Please, remember to take your ID document with you to verify your identity.

Deposit terms

	Your interest will be calculated from the day after the money is put into your deposit account. Interest payments are calculated by calendar days as a proportion of 365 days.
	If you want to place your money for a non-defined period (that is, for other than, 1, 3, 6, 12, 18, 15 or 60 months) interest will be counted according to the interest rate in the Deposit program for the closest shorter deposit term.
	If you apply online for a deposit outside working hours, the Bank will be entitled to place it on the account on the following workday, preserving the deposit maturity date specified by you (the interest will be calculated for the actual deposit term).
	Opening a deposit account is free of charge, as is administering these accounts.
	In case you wish to withdraw your deposit before it is full term, you shoul inform the Bank 30 calendar days in advance.
	In case Client informs the Bank about the termination, the Bank pays interest rate detected for Current Account. In this case the amount of retained and calculated interest of income is re-calculated.
	In case Client fails to inform the Bank about the termination, the Bank withholds 2% from the principal sum of the Deposit. Client doesn’t receive calculated interest of income, the Bank withholds paid-out interest from the principal sum of the Deposit.

In the event you need money within the deposit period, we offer an overdraft facility up to 90% of the deposit amount instead of ceasing the deposit.
