Application form of creditor's claim

Dear clients,

Creditors whose account balances in LAS Trasta komercbanka exceed the state guaranteed amount of EUR 100 000, as well as other lawful creditors that have obtained the status of creditors after the decision on the liquidation of the bank, may submit their claims within three months following the date on which the announcement on the initiation of bank’s liquidation was published in the official gazette Latvijas VÄ“stnesis (17 March 2016), i.e. until 17 June 2016.

To submit your creditor's claim, fill out the application form (find a template attached) and add the copies of documents that justify the creditor's claims - all the documents which form grounds for the creditor’s request. For instance:

  • agreements with the bank for the provision of services (e.g. current account opening agreement, card account opening agreement, deposit or factoring agreement, etc.).;
  • account statements (can be found in the Internet banking system);
  • copies of payment orders (payment orders not executed due to the liquidation of the bank);
  • notarized power of attorney for private persons where a claim of the creditor is not submitted by the customer himself but by his authorized representative.

Please note that this is an approximate list of documents and it may vary according to the individual creditor's claim!

When you have filled out the form of creditor claims, submit the form and the package of accompanying documents to the liquidator of LAS Trasta Komercbanka by:

  • sending the documents by post (find the address and other details in the form)
  • sending the documents by e-mail if the same are signed by secure electronic signature; e-mail address:;
  • submitting the documents in person in the bank’s office at Palasta Street 1.

If you have any further questions, please contact TKB Infocentre by phone +371 67027777, or by e-mail:,  or call your private banker.
