Delisting of Trasta komercbanka JSC Bonds from Baltic Bond List

The stock exchange Nasdaq Riga has decided to delist Trasta komercbanka JSC bonds from the Baltic Bond List. The last trading day of Trasta komercbanka JSC bonds is set on March 15, 2016.

With the court approval of liquidation of Trasta komercbanka JSC, the bonds of the bank no longer correspond to the Nasdaq Riga Rules for Listing and Trading of Financial Instruments , which stipulate that issuer’s economic activity, including legal and economic standing, has to be such that does not threaten the interests of the investors.

Earlier based on the decision of the European Central Bank of 3 March 2016 to withdraw the authorisation of Trasta komercbanka, the trade of bank's bonds in the trading system of Nasdaq Riga was ceased.

The Nasdaq Riga Management Board has decided to terminate the membership of Trasta komercbanka as of 7 March, 2016.
