Marking its 20th anniversary this year, Trasta komercbanka has made an important step in its development - it has launched a new Customer Service Centre in Old Riga at 1 Palasta Street, which will serve as the head office of the Bank, and a Customer Business Development Centre in its former premises at 9 Miesnieku Street.
The new TKB Customer Service Centre at 1 Palasta Street (entrance from 11.Novembra Krastmala) was opened on March 30, and it is located very near the Bank’s former premises. We anticipate that in the new office our cooperation will develop successfully since we have catered for most service-friendly conditions. The interior of the building has been designed in the classic style which will ensure convenient servicing and promote productive dialogue between the Bank and the Customer.
The building at 9 Miesnieku street, which former served as the Bank’s head office, now is being transformed into the Customer Business Development Centre. There you will receive support for your problems related to lending, leasing, trade finance and other financial instruments which are crucial for business development
From March 30, you are welcome to our new Customer Service Centre at 1 Palasta Street. There you will be met by a customer service specialist or your private banker, but business development solutions will be available at 9 Miesnieku Street.
