AS “TRASTA KOMERCBANKA” has started to count down the days until the launch of its updated web page and redesigned bank's image. On May 11 the bank will present its new corporative style with changed logotype, colours, slogan and other elements.
At this stage, the first steps have been made in the new advertising campaign: the redesigned TKB image has appeared in several media publications and on the billboard at Riga airport. Now, our new corporative colours are gray and claret. According to the recommendations of our marketing auditor, changes to the image should be introduced gradually, so that our clients can get used to them and assess the new image and positive changes coming together with it. AS „TRASTA KOMERCBANKA” Chairman of the Board Gundars Grieze has highlighted: “Very soon clients of the bank will be able to appreciate the advantages of the updated web page which will embody not only a new style and conception, but will also be more upgraded, technological and easier to use. This year we will finalize the development of a new online banking platform. It will maximally meet all users’ needs and preferences.”
It should be added that along with the changes to the bank’s image we are developing new products as well, and information about them will be communicated to clients as soon as the new offers are available. To date, the top priority of the bank is to strengthen and further develop its position in the private banking segment. To achieve this goal, we will upgrade our service to keep up with the times and take certain measures to improve the quality of client service to the highest level.
