30.05.2014

Dear Clients,
please note the changes in the Internet bank Trast.Net, entering into force on 2 June 2014. These changes will make remote account management even more convenient.

For your comfort, the section "Banking operations" will have a new subsection "Defined payments", which will offer templates of payment orders to users of post-paid mobile services for paying bills of the mobile operators Bite Latvija, LMT and Tele2. To make payments quickly and conveniently, you will have to enter your account number, phone number or customer number (depending on the service provider), and also the amount to be paid. In future, TKB will offer its clients such payment templates which contain details of other businesses, providing telecommunication and public utility services.

For the peace of mind, a new subsection „Limits" will be added to the section "Accounts". It will allow you to stay always informed of the limits assigned by the Bank for depositing of cash into the account, for incoming non-cash payments, cash withdrawals from the account and outgoing non-cash payments. To be able always to follow whether you have not exceed the assigned limits, the same section will provide information on the monthly turnover of funds in your accounts, number of transactions and the maximum amount for a single transaction. Just select the account number in the subsection "Limits", after which you will see on the screen the information you need.

For your convenience, when making transfers in EUR in the Internet bank Trast.Net to countries not included in the SEPA, you can select a new kind of commission OUR GUARANTEED, which will protect you from additional costs that require other banks involved in the transfer. If you want to make a payment in USD, you can select the preferred payment in the internetbank Trast.Net, which will be completed in an hour.
