Use the new option of Info Chat to monitor your current account

Info Chat (XMPP/Jabber) is a service through which you can communicate with the Bank in real time just like in the world known Skype. Info Chat correspondence is encoded with a special program and the transmitted data are stored on the bank's servers, so it is not available to third parties; besides the bank can promptly notify you about your account status changes. Info Chat is a free service.

All Info Chat users may now benefit from the new option and receive notifications about the flow of funds on the Current Account. In the internetbank Trast.Net section Info Chat you can specify the amounts of funds flow which you would like to be notified about. To do this, go to the section Info Chat> Notification Settings, indicate the account, for which you would like to receive notifications, the language of notification and the minimum amount of incoming or outgoing payments to be notified about. After these settings are confirmed, you will receive information only about the transactions that match the set filters. You can change or cancel any set filters in the section Info Chat> Notification Settings.

To become a user of Info Chat, you have to undergo registration online in the Trast.Net section Correspondence with the Bank> Info Chat. After the registration in the Trast.Net section Correspondence with the Bank> Info Chat, you will be sent the chat user access data: username, password, server name and port number. Info Chat will be available in any convenient for you device: a mobile phone, stationary computer or tablet PC. To use it, you will first need to download an application suitable for using the chat. The received access data you will enter in the downloaded application upon your first time registration. Next time you use the chat, depending on your settings, it will either start automatically or will ask you to enter your user password.

For Info Chat you can use different applications designed specifically for your operating system, e.g.: QIP, IM + (iOS), IM +, Beem (Android) IM + (J2M Phone) IM + Adium (Mac OS X) PIGEON! (Windows mobile), Pidgin, PSI + (Windows and Linux platforms). You may also use any other applications and the operating system of your choice.
