The wound-up joint stock company Trasta Komercbanka, reg. No. 40003029667, registered address: 9 Miesnieku Street, Riga, LV-1050, announces second voluntary auction with an increasing bid of real estate to be treated as one unit. The auction will take place on July 18, 2016. Real estate is consisting of the following properties:

 

1) property with cadastral No. 8060 006 0325, consisting of 0.2649 ha plot of land, hotel building (cadastral designation 8060 006 0325 002) and shed (cadastral designation 8060 006 0325 007), which is located at 3 Riga – Sigulda Highway, Bergi, Garkalne Municipality. Real estate is registered with Garkalne Municipality Land Registry, section No. 1267;

 

2) property with cadastral Nr.8060 506 0003, consisting of 29484/32431 undivided shares of the jointly owned property of the building, by procedure for use of the real estate which is established by the co-owners – in use are premises on the 2nd floor of the administrative building (cadastral designation 8060 006 0183 001), restaurant (cadastral designation 8060 006 0183 002), cafe (cadastral designation 8060 006 0183 003) and shed (cadastral designation 8060 006 0183 004), which is located at 3A Riga – Sigulda Highway, Bergi, Garkalne Municipality. Real estate is registered with Garkalne Municipality Land Registry, section No. 1049;

 

3) property with cadastral Nr.8060 006 0184, consisting of 1.9746 ha plot of land, production facility (cadastral designation 8060 006 0184 001), garage (cadastral designation 8060 006 0184 002), electrical facility (cadastral designation 8060 006 0184 003), gas distribution unit (cadastral designation 8060 006 0184 004), warehouse (cadastral designation 8060 006 0184 005), high-voltage station (cadastral designation 8060 006 0184 006) and chlorination unit (cadastral designation 8060 006 0184 007) which is located at 3B Riga – Sigulda Highway, Bergi, Garkalne Municipality. Real estate is registered with Garkalne Municipality Land Registry, section No. 757;

 

4) property with cadastral No. 8060 006 0494, consisting of 0.2641 ha plot of land, which is located at 3C Riga – Sigulda Highway, Bergi, Garkalne Municipality. Real estate is registered with Garkalne Municipality Land Registry, section No. 100000125630;

 

5) property with cadastral No. 8060 006 0448, consisting of 0.3985 ha plot of land, production facility (cadastral designation 8060 006 0325 001), store (cadastral designation 8060 006 0325 003), mechanical workshop (cadastral designation 8060 006 0325 004), diagnostics center (cadastral designation 8060 006 0325 005), chimney (cadastral designation 8060 006 0325 006) and shed (cadastral designation 8060 006 0325 016), which is located at 3D Riga – Sigulda Highway, Bergi, Garkalne Municipality. Real estate is registered with Garkalne Municipality Land Registry, section No. 100000202562;

 

6) property with cadastral No. 8060 006 0401, consisting of 0.8662 ha plot of land, tire fitting station (cadastral designation 8060 006 0401 001) and shopping center (cadastral designation 8060 006 0401 002), which is located at 3E Riga – Sigulda Highway, Bergi, Garkalne Municipality. Real estate is registered with Garkalne Municipality Land Registry, section No. 1956;

 

7) property with cadastral No. 8060 006 0183, consisting of 0.6627 ha plot of land located at  “Celavimbas”, Garkalne Municipality. Real estate is registered with Garkalne Municipality Land Registry, section No. 100000171007.

 

The market price of the real estate is EUR 1 217 000. The starting auction price of the real estate is EUR 912750 which is VAT exempt.

 

To calculate the state fee for registration in the Land Register, the purchase price of each plot of land will be determined in proportion to the land area of the proposed purchase price. The winning bidder shall compensate the real property tax for those months for which after conclusion of the auction purchase agreement the tax will be paid by the wound-up joint stock company Trasta Komercbanka.

 

Prospective bidders by July 11, 2016 shall transfer to the current account of the wound-up joint stock company Trasta Komercbanka No. LV28HABA0551041492621 at Swedbank, JSC the amount of real estate purchase collateral in the amount of 10% of the market price of a real estate, i.e. EUR 121700 (payment purpose: “collateral for Bergi, Garkalne Municipality”) and the auction participation fee of EUR 100 (payment purpose: auction participation fee for Bergi, Garkalne Municipality”).
