Landplots in Kekava (Ķekava) Municipality, Kekava (Ķekava) Parish, “Vecpļavnieki” (3rd auction)

 

The wound-up joint stock company Trasta Komercbanka, reg. No. 40003029667, registered address: 9 Miesnieku Street, Riga, LV-1050, announces third voluntary auction with an increasing bid of real estate and undivided shares to be treated as one lot. The auction will take place on August 23, 2016 at 12:00, at 1 Palasta street, Riga, LV-1050. Real estate is consisting of:

 

1) “Vecplavnieki” with cadastral No. 80700050014, consisting of 1.9558 ha plot of land. The size of land can be established with more accuracy by carrying out cadastral measurement. The plot of land is located in Kekava parish of Kekava municipality; it is called “Vecplavnieki” and is registered with Kekava parish Land Registry, section No. 416. The plot is divided into sixteen land units, for which no separate sections in the Land Registry were opened;

2) 2494/3274 undivided shares attached to land intended for the construction of streets, with cadastral No. 80700050002, located in Viktorijas street, Katlakalns, Kekava parish of Kekava municipality, the total area of 0.3274 ha, registered with Kekava parish Land Registry, section No. 100000455441;

3) land intended for for the construction of streets with cadastral No. 80700050024, located in Robezu street, Katlakalns, Kekava parish of Kekava municipality, the total area of 0.0674 ha, registered with Kekava parish Land Registry, section No. 100000455348.

 

The market price of the real iestate is EUR 134 000. The starting price of the auction of the real iestate is EUR 94 000, which is VAT exempt. 

 

To calculate the state fee for registration in the Land Register, the purchase price of each plot of land will be determined in proportion to the land area of the proposed purchase price.

 

The winning bidder shall compensate the real property tax for those months for which after conclusion of the auction purchase agreement the tax will be paid by the wound-up joint stock company Trasta Komercbanka.

 

Prospective bidders no later than 5 working days before the auction day shall transfer to the current account of the wound-up joint stock company Trasta Komercbanka No. LV28HABA0551041492621 at Swedbank, JSC the amount of real estate purchase collateral in the amount of 10% of the market price of a real estate, i.e. – EUR 13400 (payment purpose: “collateral for real iestate and undivided shares of Vecplavnieki) and the auction participation fee of EUR 100 (payment purpose: auction participation fee for real iestate and undivided shares of Vecplavnieki).
