The price of each apartment contains the right of use of two parking places in the underground parking and one storage room.

There is encumbrance registered on the plot of land in the Land Register. 

The purchase price of each plot of land and apartment will be determined based on the bidding price prorated to the size of a respective plot.

 

The price bidden shall be liable to VAT.

 

The winning bidder shall compensate the real property tax for those months for which after conclusion of the auction purchase agreement the tax will be paid by the wound-up joint stock company Trasta Komercbanka or TKB Lizings Ltd.

 

Prospective bidders no later than 5 working days before the auction day shall transfer to the current account of the wound-up joint stock company Trasta Komercbanka No. LV28HABA0551041492621 at Swedbank, JSC real estate purchase collateral in the amount of 10% of the auction market price and the auction participation fee of EUR 100 (defining in the payment purpose the real estate for which participation fee is paid).
