No. 40003029667 real estate together with the movable property located thereon to be treated as one lot:
real estate with cadastral No. 0100 075 2120 consisting of 9,523 m2 plot of land and the 5,148 m2 industrial buildings located thereon, including an administrative building, a production facility, a warehouse and a shed, in Riga, 26 Ventspils Street. The real estate is registered in the Riga City Land Register section No. 27040.
Movable property as one lot, consisting of equipment and furniture, which are listed in the Report on the Value of Movable Property of wound-up joint stock company's Trasta Komercbanka.
The appraisal of a real estate together with a movable property/starting price of the auction is 628700 EUR, where 460 000 EUR is the starting price of the real estate and 168 700 EUR is the starting price of the movable property. The real estate is not subject to value-added tax, but the highest bid price of the movable property is subject to value-added tax. The value of a bid - 5000 EUR.
Real estate purchase collateral in the amount of 46000 EUR should be transferred till 23.05.2017 to the wound-up joint stock company's "TRASTA KOMERCBANKA" bank account opened in JSC "Citadele banka" No LV30PARX0000035380009, and person should request administrator Ilmârs Krûms to authorize for the participation in auction using the site of electronic auctions.
